Another sleepless night...because of books!

Wow...stayed up 'til 2:05 am just to finish this because it's one of those books that you CANNOT put down until you reach the happy ending where everyone lives "happily ever after."

An intensely deep book. As you read, you really begin to sympathize with Ally as if you were the one in her situation and you begin to feel just as frustrated with Jake as he is with himself. You have this on-off love/hate relationship with each of the characters but by the end you come to LOVE every single one of them. It's real. It's raw. It's high school. The drama, the couples, the first loves, the moods, the loyalty, the decisions, the insecurities and uncertainties, the choice to forgive, the idea of growing up, the ups and the downs. But you can't have the "ups" without the "downs", right?

My favorite character was Annie mostly because of her wit, brains, and of course her sarcastic humor. She thinks deeper and darker than the rest of the characters which helps to reveal Chloe's BIG secret.

WARNING: Once you begin to read, you will NOT be able to put this book down. Get ready for one crazy roller coaster ride.
